In order to develop superior optical devices, we must have the processing equipment to implement that technology and the equipment capable of advanced analysis. Nittoh has the facilities and the equipment that enable us to meet the market needs for high resolution and high functionality products.
We ensure the precision of every single lens to produce advanced optical devices. Nittoh has built a flexible system of verifications at each stage of production, with smooth communication of feedback to previous stages.
This is what enables Nittoh to provide a one-stop service for everything from development to production.

Large MTF measurement apparatus for large diameter units
Nittoh has set up specialized equipment that enables high precision measurement of resolution in order to meet the increasing market need for high resolution devices.
We also have the equipment to measure projector lens units for high-definition movie theaters that require advanced performance.

Nittoh uses X-ray analysis equipment to detect inclusion of restricted substances, according to RoHS and other directives, in all products destined for domestic or foreign markets.
This enables nondestructive testing on an elemental level and aids the development of environmentally friendly products.

Nittoh provides an integrated service from development through to production, which means we are responsible for ensuring the quality of every product. For this reason, it is very important to us that we maintain comprehensive inspection systems. We conduct a wide range of tests using drop impact testing machines, water density (water pressure) testing equipment, anechoic chambers for checking minute operating noise, temperature testers and other testing equipment.

Drop impact and vibration testing machine: Testing impact resistance of products through drop impact and other tests.

Anechoic chamber: Measuring minute noises from DSC unit motor movement, etc.

(Water) pressure resistance tester: Testing up to 45 atmospheres.

Temperature testing room: Testing product operation, etc. in low temperature environments (-30 degrees Celsius) to high temperature environments (80 degrees Celsius).
