Nittoh molds camera lens barrel components that require the same level of precision as optical parts.
Nittoh has had a deep and long involvement with the molding of DSC lenses and other optical elements, so using the advanced technological strengths unique to Nittoh, we also provide surface treatments for the inside of lens barrels, which are critical for achieving high optical performance.

Automotive lamp reflectors

Nittoh molds reflectors used mainly in automobile headlamps.
Lamp reflectors are generally produced using aluminum evaporation over a BMC substrate, but because this reduces the smoothness of the product surface, undercoating was previously required.
Nittoh’s advanced coating technologies, on the other hand, enable direct application of the aluminum evaporation layer, which enables us to deliver highly heat resistant, highly durable reflectors.
