Nittoh manufactures round elements in diameters from 1mm to 600mm. Please feel free to discuss your needs on square, irregular or long elements with us. We can manufacture large diameter lenses of 400mm diameter and greater, prisms up to 300mm, and cylindrical lenses up to 400mm. Nittoh has the technologies for large optical elements.

Ultimate surface accuracy of λ/40 for 400mm diameter lenses using MRF (magnetorheological finishing) machine

Nittoh uses MRF (magnetorheological finishing) machines, of which there are only a few in Japan, for ultra-precision polishing. This allows us to achieve a normally difficult level of surface accuracy, which enables surface accuracy of λ/40 for large diameter lenses up to 400mm diameter.

Optical thin film coating machine: Nittoh's unique coating technologies enable multi-coating up to 50 layers, with thin film coating able to achieve a range of optical characteristics.
