Nittoh Kogaku may collect personal information from customers on some Nittoh Kogaku Website pages (Careers, Contact Us) but the purpose of the information collection will be clarified at the time of request and with the agreement of the customer, only appropriate information will be collected.

Nittoh Kogaku will use personal information within the scope of use clarified at the time of request and only to the extent necessary for conducting its business.

• Where the customer agrees to the provision.
• Where the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and ordinances permit the provision.

Personal Information - Management

Nittoh Kogaku will safely manage personal information to prevent unauthorized access, loss, tampering, destruction or leakage of that information.
Nittoh Kogaku may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties, but in that case Nittoh Kogaku will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will responsibly supervise those subcontractors.

Nittoh Kogaku will promptly respond to requests from customers for disclosure, correction, prohibition of use or removal of their own personal information. Please direct all such inquiries to the address specified below.
